1) Firstly, i transfer the picture i want to use into adobe photoshop

2) After resizing it, i put it into new tab. Before i put it, i use the shape tool to create a black rectangle. Then, i put the picture on the black rectangle

3) I use eraser tool to make the side of the picture looks smoother and can get in with the background.

4) I use text tool to create the words i want to write. Then, i rearrange the position of the picture and the words i written.

5) Then i use the blending options to change the colour and style og the words

6) And here's the final result:
